Acacia (Wattle) Genus

Acacia wood is native to Australia, but a few species are found in Asia and the Pacific islands. It is deep brown in colour. It has a warm, attractive natural grain.

There are several hundred species within the genus. Because of this, it is almost impossible to typify a standard wood that is representative of all of the types.
